It forms part of our <a href=\"\/terms-conditions\/\">Terms &amp; Conditions<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2>The short version<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>You can cancel anytime<\/strong>, in a few clicks, from My Account. Cancelling stops all future billing.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Your current month stays active.<\/strong> After cancelling you keep access until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Fees already billed are generally non-refundable<\/strong>, because full access to the digital library is granted immediately when payment is taken \u2014 except for duplicate or erroneous charges, or where a refund is required by applicable law.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Cancelling your membership<\/h2>\n<p>Log in and go to <strong>My Account &rarr; Subscriptions<\/strong>, open your membership and select <strong>Cancel<\/strong>. That is all \u2014 no phone call and no email is required, and the cancellation takes effect immediately for future billing. Prefer that we do it? Email <a href=\"mailto:hi@gracemembership.com\">hi@gracemembership.com<\/a> from the email address on your account and we will cancel for you and confirm in writing.<\/p>\n<h2>Why past charges are generally non-refundable<\/h2>\n<p>The membership is a digital service: the moment a monthly payment is taken, the full podcast library is unlocked for you for that month. Because that access is delivered immediately and cannot be &ldquo;returned&rdquo;, the fee for a billing period that has already started is generally not refundable, and we do not prorate partial months. Cancelling is always the way to make sure no further charge occurs.<\/p>\n<h2>Exceptions \u2014 when we will refund<\/h2>\n<p>We will promptly refund, to your original payment method:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Duplicate charges<\/strong> \u2014 if you were billed more than once for the same billing period.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Erroneous charges<\/strong> \u2014 if you were billed after a correctly completed cancellation, or billed an incorrect amount.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Where the law requires it<\/strong> \u2014 nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable refund or cancellation rights you have under the consumer-protection laws of your place of residence.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>How to request a refund<\/h2>\n<p>Email <a href=\"mailto:hi@gracemembership.com\">hi@gracemembership.com<\/a> with the subject line &ldquo;Refund request&rdquo;, from the email address on your account, and include the charge date and amount. We reply to refund requests within <strong>1\u20132 business days<\/strong>. Approved refunds are issued through Stripe to your original payment method; depending on your bank, the funds typically appear within <strong>5\u201310 business days<\/strong> of our confirmation.<\/p>\n<h2>Failed or disputed payments<\/h2>\n<p>If you believe a charge is wrong, please contact us first \u2014 genuine billing mistakes are corrected quickly and without fuss.
