How often am I billed, and how much?
The membership is $20 USD / month, charged automatically on the same date each month until you cancel. There is no sign-up fee and no hidden extras, and the charge appears on your card statement as GRACEMEMBERSHIP.
How do I cancel?
In a few clicks, anytime, with no phone call: log in, open My Account → Subscriptions, and choose Cancel. Cancelling stops all future billing, and you keep access until the end of the month you have already paid for.
What is your refund policy?
Cancelling always stops future charges. Because the full library unlocks the moment a payment is taken, fees already billed are generally non-refundable — except duplicate or erroneous charges, or where the law requires a refund. The full details are in our Refund Policy.
What exactly is in the members area?
Every episode we have published: guided prayer episodes, Scripture-rooted reflections and seasonal devotionals, streaming on any device. New episodes are added regularly and are included in your membership automatically.
Is my payment information safe?
Yes. Checkout is handled by Stripe, a PCI-certified payment processor used by millions of businesses. Your card details go directly to Stripe over an encrypted connection and are never stored on this website.
