These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your use of the Grace Membership website at www.gracemembership.com (the “Site”) and the paid membership service offered on it (the “Service”). The Site and Service are owned and operated by Udara Bogodage (“we”, “us”, “our”). By creating an account, subscribing, or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Description of the Service
Grace Membership provides access to a library of Christian prayer podcast content — guided prayer episodes, Scripture-based reflections and seasonal devotionals — delivered through a members-only area of the Site. Access is provided through a single paid subscription plan called the Monthly Prayer Membership. The content is digital and streamed online; nothing physical is shipped.
2. Eligibility and your account
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and able to enter into a binding contract to purchase a membership. When you register, you agree to provide accurate, current information and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Each membership is for one person and one account; please do not share your login. If you believe your account has been accessed without authorization, contact us promptly at hi@gracemembership.com.
3. Subscription, price and billing
The Monthly Prayer Membership costs $20 USD, billed every month. There is no sign-up fee and no trial period. Your membership renews automatically each month until you cancel: on each monthly renewal date, the then-current membership fee is charged to the payment method on file.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe, our third-party payment processor. We do not store your full card details on our servers. Charges will appear on your card statement under the descriptor GRACEMEMBERSHIP. Prices are stated in USD; any applicable sales tax, VAT or similar charges required by law will be added at checkout or itemized on your receipt where applicable.
Failed payments. If a renewal payment fails, Stripe and our store may retry the charge over the following days and we may email you to update your payment method. If payment cannot be collected after reasonable retries, your membership and access to members-only content may be suspended or cancelled. You can update your payment method at any time from your My Account page.
Price changes. If we ever change the membership price, we will notify active members by email reasonable advance notice before the new price takes effect, and the change will apply only to renewals after that notice. If you do not agree with a price change, you may cancel before it takes effect.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel your membership at any time, for any reason, without contacting support: log in, open My Account → Subscriptions, and select Cancel. Cancellation stops all future billing. Your access to members-only content continues until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, after which it ends. You may also ask us to cancel on your behalf by emailing hi@gracemembership.com from the address on your account.
5. Refunds
Our refund practices are set out in full in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In short: cancelling stops future charges; because access to the digital library is granted immediately upon payment, fees already billed are generally non-refundable except for duplicate or erroneous charges, or where a refund is required by applicable law.
6. Acceptable use and intellectual property
All content on the Site — including audio episodes, text, artwork and branding — is owned by or licensed to Udara Bogodage and is protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. Your membership grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to stream and listen to the content for your own private, non-commercial use while your membership is active.
You agree not to: download-and-redistribute, re-upload, publicly perform, broadcast, sell, or otherwise share members-only content; share your account credentials; use bots or scrapers on the Site; attempt to bypass the members-only access controls; or use the Site for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is offered for spiritual encouragement and devotional use. It is not a substitute for professional medical, mental-health, financial, legal or other professional advice, diagnosis or treatment, and we make no promises of specific spiritual, physical, emotional or material outcomes. If you are facing a medical or mental-health emergency, contact a qualified professional or your local emergency services.
The Site and Service are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or available at all times, though we work to keep it reliable.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Udara Bogodage and any employees, contractors and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill, arising out of or relating to the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the membership in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you; in that case our liability is limited to the smallest extent permitted by law.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Udara Bogodage from claims, damages, liabilities and reasonable expenses (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Service, except to the extent caused by our own breach of these Terms.
10. Changes to the Service or these Terms
We may update the content library, features or these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes to these Terms, we will post the updated version on this page with a new “Last updated” date and, where the change materially affects paying members, notify you by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or the Service will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction, except where applicable consumer law gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.
